Very Good

Location! It’s very close to Terminal 21. If you like chinese food, it’s in front of China town :) Overall it was pretty clean, staff is great, good value for money, for a short stay recommended.

They didn’t have iron. Also they require deposit upon check in, but you really wonder what can you break as there is nothing in the room literally.

The swimming pool should be open until 8:00 pm. Like it is written. But in the reception they told me that only until 7:00 pm

Great located hotel.

Hotel staff were excellent. Room was very spacious. Location of hotel was great. Located near to all good restaurants and shopping.

Pool was missing a bar. Breakfast was very limited and standard. Room had AC problems.

Very Good

I like hotel, room was very big and spacious. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was good with enough choices. Rooftop is done nicely, with place to chill on one side and pool on the other. Location is great, close to beach and to Terminal 21. You can always catch a 10baht taxi to go on walking street or somewhere.

Wifi connection is bad: slow and crashing all the time. Please improve it.

Room is OK.

Room is OK. Shower nice, good beam and good temperature.

Indian terror guests staying at the hotel. Dropping cigarette butts on the hallway floor. Terrorizing the swimming pool with an Indian only party. Arabs not controlling their kids at the poolside.

My first and last stay in Pattaya i think, lovely people but very dirty place in general

Good price for 7 days stay - £198 for a queen size bedroom rooftop pool amazing staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly room cleaned everyday or whenever required good location for bars and restaurants very good air conditioning throughout the hotel

beds were like sleeping on a marble floor, only harder. food was lovely, but had to eat it quickly before the insects did (don't think that's the hotels fault, just Pattaya in general) nearby shops charge 14baht for cans of sprite etc. - mini bar in room charge is 70baht, bit excessive.

Large, reasonably well decorated bedroom

Unhelpful staff, basic pool area, being told to visit 7/11 to get my own soap by front desk after asking why it hadn’t been replenished, nearby Sabai Inn is better value for money.

I hope to change the bath towels because it is old and if possible to allocate even a small place to make health club will benefit the hotel very much.

Good location and friendly staff

The location was very good; less than 5 minutes through soi 1 to the beach, less than 3 minutes to Central Marina Mall and very close to eating outlets.

Lights in rooms are a little dim and there are no socket for charging telephones.

Comfortable stay

The room was really big and the bed was comfortable.

Reeeally small but really odd, there was a kettle, mugs, spoons and a fridge but no coffee and tea sachets. I had to buy my own.

Good hotel but unhelpful staff and senior management when there's a problem.

Unhelpful staff The online booking included breakfast in the price. Staff at desk said not so. I showed them the on line booking showing the breakfast. They said that was just a picture. I complained, spoke to at least 6/7 very unhelpful people over the telephone,presumably senior management but had no success whatsoever. Should be reported to trading standards online.
